About Us

Our History

Specialty Pleaters (Australia) originally started it’s humble beginnings in the rear of the Maroney family home in Fitzroy in the 1930’s, proudly passing through three generations.

In 2007 the business was sold outside the family and under the transitional stewardship of Lindsay Maroney the business has successfully and steadily strived to improve and innovate whilst continuing to offer the same quality service always received by our customers.

Specialty Pleaters (Australia) offers the highest quality of pleating services. We have provided superior service to our customers and our 80+ years of experience and commitment to excellence have earned us the reputation of rendering exceptional pleating services.
